You understand that your content, excluding payment card information, may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks or changes to conform to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Payment card information is encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially misuse any portion of the website, service, product data, pricing data, descriptions, images, artwork, resources, or access to the website without our express written permission.

Paperboy Print Shop sells custom printed products made to order, including DTF transfers, UV DTF transfers, die-cut stickers, holographic stickers, and related custom print services.

Product images, mockups, builder previews, and on-screen proofs are representations. They are intended to show layout and content, not to guarantee exact printed color, finish, or sheen.

We do not guarantee that any transfer, sticker, print, or service will meet every expectation, garment, substrate, press, or application. Results can vary based on press calibration, time, temperature, pressure, humidity, storage, operator experience, substrate quality, curing, artwork quality, and other variables outside our control.

We recommend testing on the intended material before running a full production batch.

Section 5: Pricing, Promotions, and Availability

Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, service, promotion, discount, bundle, reward, financing offer, or website feature at any time without notice.

We may correct pricing errors, promotional errors, typographical errors, inventory inaccuracies, shipping errors, or product information errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. If an order is affected by an error, we may contact you with the corrected information, cancel the order, or issue a refund.

Discounts, promotions, rewards, coupons, bundles, free shipping offers, and special pricing may not be combined unless expressly stated. Promotions may be modified, limited, or ended at any time.

Section 6: Orders, Billing, and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, tax, and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account information so we can process orders, contact you, and complete transactions.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, hold, or limit any order, including orders that appear to be fraudulent, inaccurate, abusive, placed by unauthorized resellers, placed with incomplete information, or placed in violation of these Terms.

If we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, or account information provided at the time of order.

You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address, billing address, email address, phone number, and order details are accurate before submitting payment. We are not responsible for delays, misdelivery, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Section 7: Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, rates, delivery estimates, free shipping offers, and transit times may vary based on order value, weight, dimensions, destination, carrier, cutoff time, weather, holidays, weekends, and other factors. Current rates are listed in our Shipping Policy and calculated at checkout.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Carrier delays, weather events, address issues, high-volume periods, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Transit estimates begin when an order is handed to the carrier and do not include production time.

Risk of loss may transfer to you once an order is delivered to the shipping carrier or delivered to the address provided, subject to applicable law.

If a package is lost, damaged, delayed, or marked delivered but not received, you must notify us promptly so we can assist with carrier claims where available. Carrier claim approval is not guaranteed and may be subject to carrier policies.

Section 8: Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and any product-specific terms listed on the applicable product page, invoice, or order confirmation.

Because every order is printed to order from customer-supplied artwork, custom printed products are final sale and are not returnable for change of mind. Orders that arrive defective, misprinted, incomplete, damaged in transit, or materially different from the submitted file are eligible for reprint or refund as described in our Refund Policy.

Order cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Orders that have already entered production may not be eligible for cancellation, because the material has already been printed.

Shipping fees, handling fees, and payment processing fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law, except where the entire order was our error.

Section 9: Custom Print Services, Artwork, and Submitted Files

If you submit artwork, logos, graphics, designs, print files, gang sheets, instructions, or other materials for custom printing or production services, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the submitted content is accurate, print-ready, properly sized, spelled correctly, legally authorized, and suitable for the intended use.

You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, copyrighted content, photographs, designs, fonts, names, likenesses, or other intellectual property submitted to us.

We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted files, including but not limited to spelling errors, low-resolution artwork, transparent backgrounds, incorrect sizing, incorrect colors, missing elements, poor file quality, incorrect orientation, unwanted borders, gang sheet layout errors, or design issues that appear in the submitted file.

Colors shown on screens may differ from printed output due to monitor settings, file setup, print method, material, coating, ink behavior, curing, pressing, lighting, and production variables. Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or refuse production of any submitted artwork or custom order that we believe may be unlawful, infringing, offensive, unsafe, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

Section 10: Application Guidance and Support

Paperboy Print Shop may provide pressing recommendations, application instructions, artwork guidance, educational content, guides, or support resources. This information is provided for general assistance only.

You are responsible for confirming that a transfer or sticker is suitable for your garment, substrate, press, and intended use, and for testing before full production.

Recommended time, temperature, and pressure settings are starting points. Presses vary in calibration and actual output, and you are responsible for verifying your own equipment.

We are not responsible for damage, failed output, wasted garments, lost production, or other losses caused by improper application, incompatible substrates, uncalibrated equipment, environmental conditions, operator error, or failure to follow application guidance.

Section 11: Third-Party Tools, Apps, Financing, and Links

We may provide access to third-party tools, payment providers, financing providers, carrier tools, manufacturer resources, apps, embedded content, or links. These third-party resources are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties, representations, or endorsement by Paperboy Print Shop.

Third-party links may direct you to websites or services not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, practices, fees, approvals, data handling, product claims, warranties, or services of third parties.

Any use of third-party tools or services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of the applicable third party.

Section 12: User Comments, Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions

If you submit reviews, comments, feedback, ideas, suggestions, photos, videos, testimonials, social media content, product questions, or other materials, you grant Paperboy Print Shop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, and adapt that content for business, marketing, website, product, customer service, and operational purposes.

You agree that your submissions will not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights.
